Monolith Consulting — CoreFlow OS

Legal

US-only at v1.0

CoreFlow OS is currently sold to companies headquartered in the United States. We collect a signup-time attestation to that effect. We don't geofence — there's no IP block, no payment-region check beyond what Stripe does. The control is honor-system today.

Why

  • DPA template not yet drafted for non-US jurisdictions. Our current data-processing addendum is built around US state privacy laws (CA, VA, CO, CT, UT, TX). EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Brazil LGPD, and Canada PIPEDA each have additional commitments we haven't put in writing yet.
  • Sub-processor disclosures are US-scoped. The live sub-processor list documents US regions; data-residency commitments for non-US customers are on the v1.0+ list.
  • Currency is USD-only. Every monetary surface in the product (invoices, spend caps, budget reports) renders in USD. FX conversion + non-USD invoicing is post-v1.0.
  • Stripe Tax is configured for US registrations only. Adding EU VAT, UK VAT, GST, etc. is a registration exercise we'll do as demand surfaces.

If you're outside the US

Don't sign up yet — but tell us where you are. Email admin@monolithdata.com with your country and rough company size; we use the demand signal to prioritize which geography we open to next.

The roadmap

We'll open to a second geography (most likely UK or Canada) within a quarter of v1.0 GA based on demand. EU/GDPR will follow once the DPA is reviewed by counsel — no firm date. The roadmap reflects the current plan.
