Delivery horizons
- AvailableCore operating platform
Tenant-isolated executive workspaces, goals, OKRs, projects, Planner, To Do, Notes, Files, Sheets, Calendar, CRM, Help Desk, billing, audit trails, and role-based administration are available in the current release.
- AvailableCanonical desktop experience
Theme-aware workspaces (including the CoreFlow default and Command Bar looks), movable and recoverable application windows, global table behavior, keyboard/spreadsheet interactions, and persistent user display preferences are available.
- AvailableSignup, onboarding, trust, and Platform Administration
First-run signup with a free trial, two-factor enrollment, company setup with NAICS industry lookup, the guided platform tour with Aria's introduction, Connecticut-law legal pages with a live sub-processor list, and the canonical Platform Administration console are available.
- AvailableAria, your chief of staff
Aria plans your day, captures notes, manages to-dos and OKRs, drafts and reviews deletions safely, reads the company vision and business plan, and can be used by text or voice from any screen.
- NowEmail, calendar, and banking connections
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and IMAP email are connectable per tenant; Plaid bank feeds power the CFO workspace. In progress: multiple accounts per provider, credential-health monitoring, and broader connector coverage (CRM and accounting systems).
- NowIndustry Directors by line of business
Every company gets the default Business Operations Director today. Industry toolkits are being qualified for: insurance agencies, medical offices, dental offices, financial advisory practices, used-car dealerships, and professional-services / consulting firms. Additional lines of business will follow the same qualification process and will be listed here as they publish.
- NowGoverned intelligence and the executive team
Each executive (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CHRO, CTO, CXO) is backed by a qualified expert with declared tools and skills. Qualification of those experts against a shared evidence standard, explainable recommendations, and administrator-visible AI policy and cost controls are in progress.
- NowSecurity and compliance readiness
Canonical role-based access control, database isolation hardening, and credential-health audits are in place. In progress: counsel-reviewed customer agreements, finalized retention schedules and state notices, recovery drills, and SOC 2 Type 1 audit readiness.
- NextMobile experience
Phone-sized layouts exist for Calendar, To Do, Notes, and Aria today. A full mobile experience — installable app, offline-tolerant capture, notifications, and mobile-first navigation across every workspace — is planned.
- NextAvailability and market expansion
Service reliability targets, customer-facing operational evidence, expanded data residency and non-USD currency capabilities, and geographic availability beyond US-headquartered customers when legal and operational gates are complete.
