The published pages are version-controlled application content so every change is reviewable, testable, and deployable. A tenant administrator can draft or import revisions in CoreFlow Notes or Files and send the approved source to Platform Administration for publication. Editing a Note or File does not silently change the public legal contract.
The repository workflow is documented in docs/legal/LEGAL_CONTENT_WORKFLOW.md. Public changes should update the effective date, preserve a prior-version record, receive legal approval, and pass the public-route checks before deployment.
